Job summary

Health Data Movers Inc. is seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Analyst to support the design, build, and go-live of the Beaker Laboratory module for our healthcare clients, from design through post-live support.

You will design, test, and optimize lab workflows, configure specimen collection, orders, resulting, and interfaces with lab instrumentation, and collaborate with lab, pathology, and clinical staff to translate requirements into build.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building and supporting Epic Beaker (AP and/or CP).
• Experience with specimen collection, resulting workflows, and lab interface builds.
• Strong communication with lab, pathology, and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test lab workflows, including specimen collection, order sets, resulting, and interfaces with lab instrumentation/reference labs.
• Partner with lab, pathology, and clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Epic build.
• Support system testing, validation, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide go-live and at-the-elbow support, troubleshooting workflow issues in real time.
• Maintain build documentation and adhere to client change control processes.
