Job summary

Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville is seeking an Epic Beacon/Research Application Analyst to lead the design, optimization, and maintenance of Epic modules for clinical research and oncology workflows. You will work with clinicians and researchers to translate requirements into robust, compliant system solutions and ensure accurate data across oncology and research apps.

This senior role requires Epic build experience, OnCore knowledge, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Clinical Applications and Systems experience.
• 3–5 years of Epic build experience.
• Epic Certifications in Research/Beacon preferred.
• Experience with OnCore and CTMS platforms.
• EPIC Certification within 6 months if supporting Epic applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational effectiveness of enterprise applications and support incidents, updates, and upgrades.
• Perform testing and participate in integrated testing of vendor functionality.
• Provide 24/7 support for applications within accountability.
• Lead projects across applications and develop enhancements and reports.
• Support OnCore and Epic Research applications.
