Responsibilities
- Leads the Clinical Data Integration Team to develop electronic documentation solutions.
- Manages Epic, Cerner, and third-party integrations to support workflows.
- Builds stakeholder relationships to capture requirements.
- Assesses workflows, identifies gaps, and designs future processes.
- Designs, builds, and configures Epic modules and third-party apps.
- Maintains documentation and ensures system integrity.
- Develops test scripts and conducts end-to-end testing.
- Performs unit, system, and integration testing with QA.
- Keeps abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Ensures upgrades meet Epic/third-party specs.
- Provides upgrade documentation to stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Leads the Clinical Data Integration Team in developing electronic documentation solutions that support clinical workflows and align with best practices.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Epic, third-party solutions, and Microsoft products to effectively manage and integrate clinical data.
- Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with stakeholders to capture business and technical requirements.
- Assesses workflow processes, identifies gaps, defines necessary changes, and develops future workflows for new solutions or functionality.
- Designs, builds, and configures within Epic modules and supporting third-party applications to meet clinical and business needs.
- Maintains system process documentation and implements requested changes to ensure system integrity and compliance.
- Develops test scripts and materials for end-to-end workflow testing to validate system functionality and performance.
- Performs unit, system, and integration testing, including negative and regression testing, and documents outcomes for quality assurance.
- Stays current on industry trends and updates to ensure the implementation of best practices and innovative solutions.
- Ensures software and hardware modifications/upgrades meet Epic and third‑party specifications for optimal system performance.
- Adheres to departmental standards for software configuration control, quality assurance, and version releases to maintain system reliability.
- Provides documentation on system upgrades and new Epic releases to keep all stakeholders informed and trained.

- 3+ experience with clinical/technical system application implementation with cerner [Required]
- 5+ clinical or technical background [Preferred]
- EMR application/implementation experience [Preferred]
- Experience with leading small groups or projects [Required]
