Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Epic Ambulatory Build Analyst - Ambulatory to lead the configuration, design, and maintenance of Epic environments across ambulatory workflows.

You will collaborate with business leaders, analysts, project managers, and vendors to translate requirements into technical specifications, develop use cases, and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
• EpicCare Ambulatory certification.
• Experience in test planning & execution and meeting project quality requirements.
• Strong knowledge of clinical applications and healthcare IT industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintenance of Epic environments.
• Lead discovery calls and provide Level of Effort.
• Facilitate design sessions with business leaders and analysts.
• Create and fulfill EHR use cases, translate requirements to specs.
• Lead documentation for discovery and implementation.
• Define future state workflows and gap analysis.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to identify tasks & estimates.
• Support vendor upgrades and environment maintenance procedures.
