Cardamom Health, Inc. is seeking a strong Epic Ambulatory consultant for an ASAP start on a 9-month W2 contract with a Midwest CST client. The role emphasizes implementation work, new builds, and workflow optimization within Epic to support healthcare providers.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, design and adapt clinical workflows, and contribute creative problem-solving to drive data-driven health outcomes across care settings. Remote flexibility is available.

This is not a traditional maintenance/support role. The team is looking for someone who enjoys implementation work, new build, workflow optimization, and creative problem-solving inside Epic.

Project Highlights:

• Clinical workflow design
• Organizing patient follow-up tied to lab results
