Cardamom is partnering with a Midwest healthcare organization to place a strong Epic Ambulatory consultant for an implementation-focused role. This 9-month W2 contract offers 40 hours per week with remote flexibility and a collaborative team environment, starting ASAP or by May 25.

You will drive clinical workflow design, organize follow-up tied to lab results, and adapt Epic tools for non-traditional workflows, with AI-related documentation/data workflows as a huge bonus.

Qualifications

• Broad Epic Ambulatory implementation experience.
• Strong skills in building and configuring Epic workflows.
• Enjoys designing clinical workflows and improving patient care processes.

We’re partnering with a Midwest healthcare organization on a unique Epic Ambulatory initiative — and we’re looking for a strong consultant to join the team ASAP.

This is not a traditional maintenance/support role. The team is looking for someone who enjoys implementation work, new build, workflow optimization, and creative problem-solving inside Epic.

Project Highlights:

• Organizing patient follow-up tied to lab results
• Adapting Epic tools for non-traditional workflows
• AI-related documentation/data workflows (huge bonus)
• Care Everywhere experience (bonus)

• Start Date: ASAP / May 25th
