Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver Epic-related consulting services in analyst, project management, project leadership or training roles. Candidates should have at least two years of Epic experience and hold at least one current Epic certification.

Project management experience and PMP are strongly preferred for leadership tracks. The role involves working with Nordic clients, guiding system builds, mentoring client teams, and coordinating project activities with a focus on risk,

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of Epic experience.
• Must hold at least 1 current Epic certification (Cadence, Prelude, ADT/Grand Central, Referrals and Authorizations, RTE, Cheers, Welcome, etc.).
• PM experience is preferred for project leadership roles.
• PMP strongly preferred for project leadership/management positions.

Responsibilities

• Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative services for Nordic clients.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
• Mentor client project teams in project and system build strategy.
• Track and document risks and issues.
• Analyze and document workflows.
• Collaborate with project leadership on documentation and facilitation.
• Work directly with Epic end users.
• Monitor workflows, provide documentation, and offer optimization suggestions.
• Lead meetings regarding project status and ongoing work-product coordination.
