Job summary

TD Thornton is a premier consulting firm seeking a Senior Project Scheduler for on-site work in Saint Louis, MO. You will develop and manage EPC CPM schedules in Primavera P6 for a portfolio of projects and work closely with project stakeholders to ensure schedule integrity.

As a critical member of the project controls team, you will support scheduling, 4D modeling where appropriate, and schedule-driven performance analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project controls.
• Strong Primavera P6 CPM scheduling experience.
• Experience developing and managing EPC construction schedules.
• Experience with schedule-driven performance and productivity analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project controls software.

Responsibilities

• Attend kickoff, startup, and planning meetings to support schedule development.
• Develop EPC CPM schedules in Primavera P6 for multiple projects.
• Prepare scheduling submittals, baseline schedules, and monthly updates.
• Lead schedule development discussions with internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Analyze schedule variances and forecast future performance.
• Develop and maintain 4D models where appropriate.
• Review payment applications for alignment with loaded schedules.
