Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, engineering, or related field.
• 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• 10–15 years for Level 3; 15+ years for Senior in EPC projects.
• Experience managing EPC Substation, P&C, or T&D projects.
• Expertise in MS Office for cost/schedule reporting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling and utility engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full project life cycle, including safety, scope, schedule, and budget for EPC Substation, P&C, or T&D Line projects.
• Overseeing project designs, BOM, equipment specs, and construction requirements.
• Collaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive milestones.
• Leading development of project proposals, schedules, and material lists.
• Providing project performance updates to stakeholders.
• Ensuring high-quality deliverables via engineering work reviews.
• Traveling to client sites and vendor facilities to align on goals.
