Job summary

New River Electrical Corporation is seeking a qualified Project Manager III (3) or Senior Project Manager to execute intermediate to large complex EPC project scopes, taking ownership and financial responsibility for assigned projects. You will lead planning, execution, procurement, and change management while reporting results to senior leadership.

The role requires a SME level in EPC project execution, with experience preparing estimates and bids, developing PMP and related plans, and ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required as listed in qualifications.
Ten years of construction project management experience in a highly complex environment.
Experience leading and motivating teams for multi-year EPC projects.
Strong financial acumen including P&L and cash flow management.

Responsibilities

Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing customers, expanding EPC book of business.
Review RFP opportunities and participate in bidding strategy, pricing, and scope definition.
Coordinate with Engineering partners and Procurement to ensure bids are complete for major equipment and services.
Develop and implement the Project Management Plan (PMP) with multiple management plans.
Manage project cash flows, financial reporting, and change order tracking.
Demonstrate leadership, mentoring, and senior level project execution capabilities.
