Job summary

Anaergia is seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to lead municipal and industrial infrastructure initiatives in California. You will drive engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, contract management, and coordination of cross-functional teams with deep experience in heavy industrial projects. Occasional travel to project sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in a relevant engineering or construction discipline.
• PMP certification is an asset.
• 10+ years of progressive EPC or heavy industrial infrastructure project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC projects from award to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Manage contracts, subcontractors, and vendors while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and change control processes.
• Prepare regular status reports for customers and leadership and drive issue resolution.
