Job summary

The Project Controls Professional at GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY will lead cost management and scheduling for EPC/EPCM projects, developing proposal schedules, detailed CPM schedules, budgets, forecasts and cash flow to support project decisions.

You will prepare earned value reports, monthly cost/status updates, and change logs, coordinating with engineering and procurement to ensure schedule execution across engineering, fabrication, and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years of project controls experience in industrial EPC fields.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and schedules.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; ERP familiarity a plus.
• Experience with change management and earned value reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposal schedules in collaboration with the proposal team.
• Create and maintain CPM schedules for EPC/EPCM projects.
• Manage project costs, budgets, forecasts and cash flow.
• Prepare earned value reports and monthly cost status.
• Document change notices and scope changes.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure schedule adherence.
• Ensure project controls procedures are followed.
