Qualifikationen

• 5+ years sourcing, category management, or procurement experience.
• Experience sourcing PV modules and equipment; wind equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lead competitive sourcing, evaluate bids, and negotiate terms.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and ERP system experience.
• Clear communication and stakeholder influence without direct authority.

Aufgaben

• Develop multi-year category strategies aligned with project pipelines and budgets.
• Consolidate demand, assess supplier capacity, and recommend framework agreements.
• Monitor pricing, capacity, and market trends; translate into sourcing options.
• Lead RFPs, negotiations, and award recommendations based on total cost.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Legal on equipment performance and commercial decisions.
• Manage supplier relationships, scorecards, and risk; track milestones.
