Stellar Energy Global Infrastructure seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead engineering during pre-FEED and FEED for the Al Sadr project. You will manage MoE data, coordinate with the Iraq site team, and supervise FEED contractor activities under a fixed-price EPC framework.

The role requires 15+ years in power/industrial projects, with strong brownfield and EPC experience, and the ability to align design basis with project commitments while ensuring on-time FEED deliverables.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering.
• Chartered or PE status preferred for the role.
• 15+ years in power generation and EPC environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre-FEED and FEED design basis definition and verification.
• Manage FEED contractor coordination, technical queries and interface registers.
• Ensure data collection from MoE and site team; supervise FEED deliverables.
• Coordinate with grid operator and MoE for design reviews and approvals.
• Oversee site investigations and FEED readiness activities.
• Report monthly on technical risk, decisions and data tracking.
