SEGI leads the pre-FEED and Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) for the Al Sdr project in the United States, coordinating with MoE in Iraq. The Senior Project Engineer defines the design basis, manages the FEED contractor, and ensures a back-to-back relationship with the fixed-price EPC contract while integrating site data from MoE and management teams.

The role requires 15+ years in engineering with EPC contractor experience on gas-fired plants, strong leadership, and English fluency to operate

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering.
• 15+ years overall engineering experience with 8+ years in power generation.
• At least 5 years with an EPC contractor on gas-fired plants (CCGT/OCGT/HRSG).
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FEED design basis and data requests.
• Manage FEED contractor interfaces, RFIs and scope exclusions.
• Coordinate with MoE and Iraqi project team to obtain data and approvals.
• Review FEED deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, heat/mass balances).
• Support EPC readiness and fixed-price bid packages.
