Job summary

Zachry Group seeks a Senior Project Engineer/Manager to lead portfolio performance reporting and analytics for the Power EPC segment. You will collaborate with Directors, Project Managers, and IT to deliver accurate dashboards, KPIs, and executive insights across engineering, procurement, and construction.

You will drive digital transformation through automation and AI-enabled tools, mentor teams, and establish data governance to improve project delivery and decision quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Analytics, Project Management, or related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Power BI certifications are a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering, project management, project controls, or related functions.
• Experience supporting large EPC projects and developing executive-level performance reporting.
• Strong background in data analytics, KPI development, and business intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain portfolio performance dashboards and executive reporting tools.
• Establish standardized KPIs and reporting methodologies for projects.
• Analyze trends in cost, schedule, staffing, productivity, risk, and quality.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio reviews and prepare executive presentations.
• Ensure data governance standards and data quality across the portfolio.
