Qualifications

• Expert proficiency with ConEst, K-base, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Active OSHA 10-hour certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating strategy and implementation for diverse projects.
• Drive risk review processes, addressing commercial terms.
• Lead subcontractor solicitation and pre-qualification reviews.
• Present estimates to clients, providing recommendations.
• Maintain cost history and validate value engineering items.
