P&E Constructors is seeking a Senior Mechanical Estimator to lead cost estimation for complex mechanical industrial projects in the United States. You will evaluate labor, material, subcontract pricing and risks while reviewing blueprints and developing competitive bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience estimating mechanical industrial construction projects.
• Proven work experience as a construction cost estimator.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Experience with cost estimation software.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review estimated labor, material, and subcontract pricing.
• Compile staffing and equipment plans for pricing.
• Evaluate project risks and set contingencies.
• Present estimates for review and obtain approvals.
• Support procurement and contract buyouts.
• Collaborate with project teams to finalize execution plans.
• Lead and mentor estimating team members.
• Prepare detailed financial estimates and bids.
• Maintain records of estimated vs actual costs.
