Job summary

Audubon Companies in Houston seeks a Senior Estimator to lead cost estimation for complex capital projects in the Energy Corridor. You will develop TIC estimates from ROM to Definitive, interpret P&IDs and process data, and communicate results to Project Management and clients.

Requirements include a BA/BS preferred or HS diploma, 10+ years in industrial construction estimating, and proficiency with Icarus, Kbase, Primavera and MS Office. On-site role with strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience as a senior estimator in industrial construction.
• Experience developing project capital cost estimates using Aspentech In-Plant Cost Estimator (Icarus) and/or CCE/Kbase.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive TIC estimates for Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical and related industrial sectors.
• Interpret PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specs, and data sheets for estimating inputs.
• Prepare and present cost reports to management, clients, and vendors.
• Lead the estimate development process, assess risks, and document Basis of Estimate.
• Manage supplier quotes, site visits, and change clarifications as needed.
