Job summary

Brunel is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to support the delivery of large-scale EPC construction projects in Houston, TX or San Diego, CA. You will administer high-value contracts, ensure compliance, manage changes, and coordinate with project teams, legal counsel, procurement, and external contractors to protect project interests.

Responsibilities include maintaining contract documents, tracking deliverables, supporting dispute resolution, and driving contract governance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of contract administration experience in a fast-paced corporate or project environment.
  • Experience supporting large construction, infrastructure, industrial, energy, renewable energy, EPC, or capital project programs preferred.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts, construction agreements, service agreements, and change order processes.

Responsibilities

  • Administer complex construction, EPC, procurement, and service agreements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor contract compliance and identify potential contractual risks, issues, and obligations.
  • Track and administer change orders, amendments, variations, and contractual modifications.
  • Coordinate with project teams to evaluate the commercial and contractual impacts of proposed changes.
