Brunel is supporting a major EPC company with contract staffing for their upcoming projects in the United States. One of the roles they are looking for is a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer, on a 1 year contract to start.

The role would be based in Houston. The Senior Engineer – Site / Drainage provides technical engineering support and responsibility for civil site development and infrastructure scope across assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support civil site development and infrastructure engineering deliverables including specifications, calculations, and reports.
• Coordinate engineering activities for site preparation, drainage networks, grading, ponds, flood mitigation, and transportation infrastructure.
• Ensure timely/quality preparation of technical specifications and calculations with other disciplines.
• Verify contractual technical specifications are understood and met by external parties and vendors.
• Coordinate technical communication with vendors and provide follow-up on orders.
