Job summary

US Tech Solutions seeks a Contract Manager to oversee services, equipment supply, and materials contracts for major EPC projects. The role emphasizes commercial governance, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with policy.

The position supports the Anderson County Combined Cycle project in Anderson County, SC with remote work for the initial period and a hybrid on-site schedule afterward. A per diem is offered for travel and on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years experience preferred but not required.
• Familiar with MAXIMO or similar purchasing software.
• Knowledge of power industry equipment (turbines, generators, boilers, MCCs, valves) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as commercial single point of contact during contract execution.
• Governance of commercial contracts and performance tracking.
• Coordinate contract change orders with stakeholders.
• Expedite parts and services to meet project schedules.
• Negotiate with contractors and resolve disputes with Risk, Legal, and Supply Chain.
• May require off-site visits to contractor fabrication/equipment shops.
