Job summary

RMC is hiring an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our Navy customer in Indian Head, MD (Stump Neck). The selected candidate will lead resident and multi-agency teams of Intelligence and Joint Service Explosive Ordnance Disposal (JSEOD) Community, SME in the collection, disassembly, analysis, and documentation of Captured Exploitable Material (CEM).

The role requires TS/SCI eligibility and DoD TOP SECRET clearance readiness, with the ability to perform

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI eligibility and ability to obtain clearance.
Experience leading multi-agency teams in EOD/ordnance exploitation.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
Strong written and oral communication for complex reports.

Responsibilities

Inform and monitor JSEOD operations and multi-agency support elements.
Manage team compliance with objectives and exploitation requirements.
Collect and position foreign ordnance for exploitation and countermeasures.
Prepare nuanced ordnance exploitation reports and SOPs.
Provide guidance on safety, storage, and disposition for foreign ordnance.
Analyze sensor and firing train elements for nondestructive disassembly techniques.
Produce detailed ordnance exploitation documentation and imagery.
