Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Applied Science required.

• Ability to oversee junior staff and provide guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Systems Engineering Integration for ACAT I programs ensuring mission success.
• Collaborate on Requirements Verification Matrix with program offices.
• Provide insights at milestone reviews and drive technical decisions.
• Analyze engineering data and flight test results to validate requirements.
• Resolve design defects with stakeholders to meet operational standards.
• Advance technology transition from labs to acquisition phases.
