Responsibilities

Systems engineering for EO/IR sensor systems.
Lead or support technical planning, system integration, validation, and verification activities in support of programs and development efforts.
Coach / mentor others on the team.
Judgment and Decision Making — consider costs and benefits to choose the best solution.
Systems Analysis — determine how a system should work and how changes affect outcomes.
Systems Evaluation — identify measures of system performance and actions needed to improve outcomes.
Lead or support across system development lifecycle.
Customer Interaction – Technical Point of Contact to customers and suppliers.
