Join a collaborative insurance team focused on expanding an environmental impairment liability portfolio and delivering tailored risk solutions to businesses. In this senior role, you will evaluate complex environmental risks, manage new and renewal accounts, and drive profitable growth across products such as site pollution, contractors pollution, and excess follow-form policies. • Business Performance and Team Development

    • Lead and participate in strategic projects that influence environmental underwriting performance and business results.

    • Mentor junior underwriters, helping them strengthen technical underwriting capabilities, develop broker relationships, and improve commercial judgment.

    • Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the wider underwriting team.

    • Leverage AI-enabled tools and data-driven approaches to improve day-to-day efficiency, support analysis, and inform underwriting decisions.

Requirements
