Kimberly-Clark Beech Island seeks a Senior Environmental & Sustainability Engineer to lead E&S at the site, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvements aligned with ISO standards. You will oversee strategy, data-driven initiatives, training, and cross-functional collaboration to advance environmental performance and sustainability goals at Beech Island, SC.

This role emphasizes leadership and specialized expertise in E&S programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pulp & Paper Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of E&S experience in air permitting, Chemical management, SPCC, and SWPPP programs in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated management and leadership experience. Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure site compliance with Kimberly-Clark E&S standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead environmental and sustainability program ownership and risk mitigation.
• Drive ISO 14001:2026 readiness and continuous improvement of E&S systems.
• Collaborate with segment and global teams to apply E&S standards.
• Oversee data analysis, reporting, and use of digital systems for E&S insights.
