Job summary

Roux, a leading environmental consultancy in New York, seeks a senior seller-doer to win and deliver projects across site investigation and remediation. You will lead client relationships, provide technical and PM support, and guide staff development with the business development team.

Your track record should include managing Fortune 500 clients and driving revenue growth while maintaining project profitability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil or Chemical) or science-related field.
10+ years of environmental consulting experience.
State license or professional certification, as appropriate.
Experience with state environmental programs/regulations; CERCLA and RCRA exposure a plus.
Experience with project management software including Microsoft Project and Excel for budgeting, cost tracking, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and project management support to clients for all facets of project execution.
Generate annual net revenue exceeding $750,000 at 20%+ profit.
Direct projects and oversee key client relationships, including staff development and new business opportunities with support from the business development team.
Help lead the office in technical excellence and employee development with senior leadership.
