Job summary

Roux seeks an experienced environmental consulting leader who will act as a seller-doer, providing technical and project management support for site investigations, remediation, and compliance initiatives in Houston. You will manage client relationships and oversee staff development while driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil or Chemical) or science; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of environmental consulting experience.
• State license or professional certification, as appropriate.
• Experience with state environmental programs/regulations; CERCLA/RCRA is a plus.
• Experience with project and program management software (MS Project, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and project management support to clients.
• Direct projects and manage key client relationships.
• Lead office technical excellence and staff development.
• Develop new business opportunities with the business development team.
• Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
