• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering/Science or relevant field.

• Extensive knowledge of environmental licensing and permitting regulatory requirements.
• 7+ years of related environmental experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of current industry practice and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage NYSDPS Article VII and Article VIII licensing and permitting activities.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements for large projects.
• Provide technical support for data, studies, expenditures, and stakeholder communications.
