Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson in Tampa, FL, is seeking an environmental professional to conduct investigations, perform wetland impact analyses, and support ecological assessment and restoration projects, applying federal, state, and local regulations. Qualifications

• Experience with Florida DOT environmental requirements and coordination with FDOT.
• 15 years of consulting experience in Florida.
• Wetland delineation, plant and soil identification, and wildlife surveys.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare scopes of work, fee proposals, and responses to RFPs.
• Support NEPA documents, including setting and impact analyses.
• Manage state, federal, and local permit applications and coordination with agencies.
• Write technical reports and environmental assessment documents.
• Collect field data using GPS and GIS for maps and analyses.
• Travel to field sites and assist business development opportunities.
