Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Substitution: additional graduate or undergraduate training may substitute for the required training.
• Four (4) years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience related to the specialty area.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a staff of professional, technical and administrative personnel.
• Plan, organize, implement, monitor and control unit activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate permitting unit activities with other divisions, offices and entities to promote cooperation.
• Chair meetings with WVDEP staff and regulated community representatives on NPDES related issues.
