Qualifikationen

• Paralegal certification required.
• Five years of paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Experience in environmental/regulatory fields preferred.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and litigation processes.
• Proficiency with Westlaw, Lexis or comparable legal research platforms.

Aufgaben

• Support regulatory applications and agency filings.
• Assist with discovery, document production, and privilege logs.
• Prepare deposition materials, notices, subpoenas, and court reporter coordination.
• Organize hearing notebooks, exhibits, and witness lists.
• Assist with post-hearing briefs and related documents.
• Maintain organized case files and regulatory records.
• Use approved legal tech tools to support case preparation and document management.
