Bridger Pipeline LLC is seeking an Environmental Permit & Compliance Coordinator to join our Casper, Wyoming team. This on-site role supports federal pipeline permitting and environmental compliance across projects, collaborating with regulatory agencies and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate permitting packages.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of federal permitting experience, strong technical writing, and project management skills, plus knowledge of NEPA/MEPA

Qualifications

• Four to five years in federal pipeline permitting and compliance.
• Strong technical writing, communication, and project management abilities.
• Knowledge of NEPA/MEPA processes and EIS/EA development.
• Experience interfacing with regulatory agencies such as the BLM and MFSA/DEQ.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, draft, and submit permit applications for pipeline projects.
• Develop environmental assessments and permitting packages.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
• Maintain organized permit files and compliance logs per company standards.
• Coordinate and liaise with BLM and other regulatory agencies.
• Lead NEPA/MEPA compliance activities, including EIS/EA work.
• Identify compliance risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Travel to project sites and support cross-functional teams.
