Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in environmental and real estate law.
• Strong knowledge of Massachusetts environmental regulations and permitting processes.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on environmental and land use matters, including permitting, zoning, and regulatory compliance.
• Navigate local and state approval processes and provide strategic guidance on development-related issues.
• Counsel on environmental risks and liabilities in connection with real estate and business transactions.
• Support real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects.
• Provide insight on environmental regulatory frameworks, including federal and state statutes and agency actions.
• Collaborate with attorneys across transactional practices, including corporate and construction-related matters.
