  • Strong working knowledge of Massachusetts environmental regulations and permitting processes.
  • Experience advising on land use, zoning, and regulatory strategy.
  • Familiarity with environmental risk assessment in transactional contexts.

Job Details

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our real estate and environmental practice in a part-time counsel capacity. This role is well suited for a senior practitioner looking for a flexible schedule while continuing to engage in sophisticated advisory and transactional work.

What You’ll Do:
  • Advise clients on environmental and land use matters, including permitting, zoning, and regulatory compliance
  • Navigate local and state approval processes and provide strategic guidance on development-related issues
  • Counsel on environmental risks and liabilities in connection with real estate and business transactions

What We’re Looking For:
  • 10+ years of experience in environmental and real estate law

  • Familiarity with environmental risk assessment in transactional contexts
  • Background in real estate transactions or development work is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar required
