Job summary

WSB is seeking a Project Manager to lead environmental investigation and remediation projects, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery. You will oversee field activities, prepare reports, and guide Phase I/II ESAs for large corridor and transportation projects.

The role requires a strong background in environmental due diligence, reporting, and client communication, with opportunities to support business development and team leadership across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in environmental investigation, remediation and reporting.
• Experience supporting MnDOT RMU or CMMT is a plus.
• Strong ability to lead multiple projects with regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of environmental projects end-to-end.
• Direct field oversight and site visits as required.
• Prepare and review technical reports, budgets, and RAPs.
• Provide senior direction on ESAs, incl. Phase I/II for large corridors.
• Support monitoring programs and brownfield redevelopment efforts.
• Oversee remedial actions for PFAS, petroleum, and related risks.
• Maintain proactive client communication and strong relationships.
• Lead mentoring, coaching, and workforce planning.
• Manage project portfolios, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Assist business development through proposals and cost estimates.
