Job summary

Environmental Consulting & Technology, Inc. (ECT) in Florida seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary environmental projects across wetlands, NEPA, and water resources. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and drive client development to grow the Florida practice.

You will oversee project execution, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with leadership. This role is based in Orlando with opportunities to advance within a collaborative environmental team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant environmental field.
• 10+ years of environmental consulting experience managing large multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience with state and federal environmental permitting and natural resources projects.
• Proven ability to mentor staff and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent, large-scale environmental projects for public and private clients.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, resources, risk, QA/QC and project profitability.
• Lead permitting strategies for wetlands, NEPA, and regulatory programs in FL and the Southeast.
• Develop client relationships, grow business, and pursue new opportunities.
