Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking a senior professional to lead complex environmental investigations and remediation programs in the Pittsburgh area.

You will oversee field and office activities from planning through completion while coordinating with diverse teams and clients to meet regulatory and safety requirements. The role requires 10–15 years of experience in environmental investigations, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree as stated.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in environmental investigations or remediation.
• Experience leading complex environmental site investigations or remediation projects.
• Ability to guide complex technical decisions and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing field operations, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience developing and reviewing technical reports and health & safety plans.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex environmental investigations, remediation programs, emergency response activities, and related field and office assignments from planning through completion.
• Manage project execution in scope, budget, schedule, technical requirements, regulatory standards, Weston procedures, and client expectations.
• Plan and oversee field investigations and sampling programs at active construction, remediation, and potentially hazardous sites.
• Direct field staff, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams coordinating resources and safe practices.
• Analyze field observations and data to develop defensible conclusions and project strategies.
• Prepare and review technical reports, work plans, and safety documents.
