Job summary

OC Environmental Services, LLC (OCE) is seeking an Environmental Project Manager in Alaska to lead restoration projects and coordinate government contracts. The role covers scoping, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and reporting while ensuring safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in environmental projects, with experience in USACE or similar agencies, and the ability to manage multiple teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in environmental restoration or remediation at supervisor/manager level.
• 3-5 years government contracting experience.
• Experience with Alaska Native 8(a) Corporations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute company projects.
• Ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery.
• Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes.
• Supervise project staff and contractors.
• Oversee internal resources and vendors for multiple projects.
• Implement, monitor and report on the HSE program.
