Job summary

Paragon Professional Services LLC in Anchorage, AK is hiring a Project Manager to oversee environmental remediation and investigation projects. The role requires extensive coordination with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to deliver quality reports on schedule and budget.

You will lead safety, QA, and project planning, supervise technical staff, and support business development efforts, with occasional travel to remote Alaska sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences or engineering.
• 5+ years PM in environmental remediation/investigation.
• Experience with federal clients: AFCEC, NAVFAC, USACE, EPA.
• Experience with CERCLA, RCRA, and ADEC regulations.
• Willingness to travel to remote sites.
• Ability to pass background check for military bases.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety, quality control, and efficiency on projects.
• Prepare project submittals, work plans, and reports.
• Manage document production and review.
• Interface with client, internal teams, and subcontractors to provide reports and ensure quality deliverables.
• Meet schedule performance and financial objectives by tracking and forecasting project progress and requirements.
• Supervise technical staff responsible for plans, permits, and SOPs.
• Coordinate, supervise, and review work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Lead and support business development and proposal preparation.
• Estimate self-performed/subcontractor work, pricing labor and materials.
• Manage subcontractors.
• Occasional travel to remote Alaska jobsites.
