Job summary

The ideal candidate has a BS in Environmental Science, 8+ years of experience, and proven ability to win new work (> $500K) while delivering high-quality reports and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in environmental/remediation services, incl. writing, oversight, PM, and staff management.
• Experience with oil & gas, manufacturing, utilities, landfills, and chlorinated solvent sites preferred.
• Proven track record in business development and project management.
• Mentoring and developing staff experience.
• Strong technical writing, multitasking, safety awareness, and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead on cumulative project total of $2M to $3M annually.
• Support successful business development of new clients and projects >$500K annually.
• Write and review technical reports and proposals.
• Assist with project management activities.
• Grow an existing bustling practice in brownfields redevelopment, groundwater/soil remediation, landfill engineering, or water resources.
• Mentor and train scientific staff, ensuring quality work.
• Actively develop your own career growth.
