Job summary

LaBella Associates in Village of Patchogue is seeking a motivated individual to manage NYSDEC Spill projects and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments. This role requires excellent communication skills, project management experience, and a strong understanding of environmental investigations.

The successful candidate will work closely with junior engineers and environmental scientists and will be responsible for project costs, proposals, and client management. Comprehensive training and career advancement opportunities are offered.

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 with excellent benefits including health insurance and a flexible work schedule.

Qualifications

• 8-16 years of experience managing Phase II ESAs and Brownfield Cleanup Program projects.
• Strong communication skills (active listening, written, and verbal).
• Valid NYS driver’s license with a reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage NYSDEC Spill projects and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
• Prepare and review project deliverables within budget.
• Train and mentor junior staff.
