Job summary

Environmental Forensic Investigations, Inc. is seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee complex environmental consulting projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and strong client relationships. The role includes mentoring staff, coordinating with Directors and Senior Project Managers, and contributing to business development.

Preference given to LPG, PE, or CHMM licensure. Familiarity with Kentucky and Indiana requirements, 40-Hour HAZWOPER, and valid driver's license are essential;

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in science, geology, and/or engineering from an accredited college/university.
• 5+ years of progressive environmental consulting-related experience.
• 40-Hour HAZWOPER training with 8-Hour refresher.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to multiple job sites.
• Travel to job sites and overnight stays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project staff, documents, and budgets to ensure efficient implementation of project objectives.
• Preparation or review of reports; quality control of report tables, figures, and attachments; evaluation and development of conceptual site models; development of project recommendations; review and preparation of monthly invoices; and maintenance of client relations.
• Report directly to Regional Director; collaborate with Senior Project Managers and Directors; ensure profitability and timely communication with clients and regulators; oversee field activities and ensure compliance with work scopes and quality standards.
