Zusammenfassung

ERM is actively seeking a Managing Consultant, Project Manager, Engineer/Geologist/Scientist to join our Site Investigation & Remediation team in the United States. You will lead complex site investigations, manage client relationships, and help deliver remediation projects across manufacturing, power, chemical, oil & gas, and technology sectors.

The role requires a PE or PG license (or reciprocity), a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), 4–6 years (7–12 preferred) in the field, OSHA HAZWOPER

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in site investigation and remediation (7–12 years preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license in IL and/or WI, or reciprocity—or ability to obtain soon.
• Proven project management skills with CERCLA/RCRA/state program experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification and valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Manage and execute complex site investigations, risk assessments, and remediation projects for clients in manufacturing, power, chemical, oil & gas, and technology sectors.
• Plan and oversee field activities including sampling, drilling, well installation, vapor intrusion assessments, and remedial construction.
• Analyze environmental data, develop conceptual site models, and prepare technical reports and work plans.
• Design and implement remediation strategies using traditional and emerging technologies.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with technical experts to deliver exceptional client value.
• Prepare winning proposals and actively participate in business development.
• Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
