Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience.
• Professional Engineer license in California or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

• Lead the Environmental practice and manage complex projects.
• Develop technical memoranda, reports, and data analyses with high quality.
