Job summary

WSP USA's Environmental Engineering team in Ohio is seeking a Professional Engineer to lead diverse environmental consulting projects from our Columbus office, with opportunities across Cincinnati, Dayton, Cleveland, and adjacent states.

You will manage field and office work, mentor junior staff, prepare proposals, and ensure QA/QC and compliance while collaborating with stakeholders and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
• PE license or able to obtain within six months.
• Strong writing and computer skills; proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Experience with water, air, and waste management projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop processes for water supply, wastewater, and waste management.
• Lead field and office project tasks across multiple sites.
• Prepare technical proposals and reports.
• Mentor junior staff and manage subcontractors.
• Ensure QA/QC and regulatory compliance.
