Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in environmental programs across refining, terminals, transport and marketing.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with refinery operations and implementing robust compliance programs.
• Strong oral and written communication and ability to coordinate across parties.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Company's interests with Federal, State and Local Agencies; analyze positions and advise governance.
• Collaborate with HSSE Department and Business Units to improve performance.
• Communicate regulatory developments to peer staff in Business Units.
• Respond to requests for support and information from Business Units; engage BU staff.
• Monitor legislative developments that affect the business area; participate in trade organizations.
