The role emphasizes due diligence, site investigation, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance, with a strong emphasis on business development and client engagement. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in environmental consulting, including program management, and a proven track record of winning projects and building client relationships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in environmental consulting services.
• At least 5 years in program management, business development and strategic planning.
• Strong track record in pursuing and winning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop new commercial/industrial/government client accounts and bid opportunities.
• Lead development and delivery of technical consulting presentations to prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, manage projects, and conduct technical work, balancing sales and billable tasks.
• Partner with regional leaders to pursue and win work.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget under regulatory guidelines.
• Mentor and develop emerging staff talent.
• Develop growth strategies to expand client base for integrated services.
