Job summary

Ardurra seeks an Environmental Practice Leader to oversee a multidisciplinary environmental services team across infrastructure, transportation, utilities, energy, and urban planning sectors. You will guide NEPA/SEPA compliance, environmental impact statements, and supervise technical reports, while driving regional growth and ensuring schedule, budget, and quality of deliverables.

The role requires strategic leadership, client relation skills, and a track record in business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science/Engineering/Planning; Master's preferred
• 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental services including infrastructure delivery
• Experience with NEPA/SEPA processes and regulatory frameworks
• Professional certification such as PE, PG, CEG, or AICP
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary technical teams
• Strong client relationships, communication and presentation skills
• Track record of business development and proposal leadership
• Financial acumen and project management discipline
• Collaborative leadership across diverse teams and geographies
• Ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental projects ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and contract terms
• Oversee project financial performance, forecasting, and controls
• Ensure safety awareness and compliance for environmental projects
• Meet contractual commitments and maintain high-quality deliverables
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and career development of staff
• Mentor and develop a diverse technical team
